Tutorial 1 + 2 "(Extending the) RSS News Reader" no "HTTP Request Settings..." in menu - In Tutorial 2 the "$HML1" of Tutorial 1 has changed into "$HTTP1". How do I obtain it?

TUTORIAL 1

I have followed the steps of Tutorial 1 "Building a Mobile RSS News Reader" and I noticed some difference between my results and the results shown in the video.
Hereafter are the screenshots highliting such differences:

On the left the video tutorial, on the right what I did.
In the first 4 screenshots, I spot no differences.
Tutorial_1 - Step_1

Tutorial_1 - Step_3

Tutorial_1 - Step_4


Differences begin in the following two screenshots.
In the icon of "$XML1" node:
there is not a small mobile phone icon overlayed to the paper sheet icon,
there is a "CACHE" icon
there is a "Server Only" caption

Tutorial_1 - Step_6 (Difference 2)

Since that difference prevented me from completing the tutorial, I right-clicked and unchecked "Keep data on server"...
Tutorial_1 - Step_7 (RMB Change property)

...so I obtained this situation:
Tutorial_1 - Step_8 (Remaining differences)

In this way, I have managed to let the Feed Reader works correctly as expected in the video.

Real problems have arised when following the Tutorial 2:

TUTORIAL 2

As you can see in the following image, between Tutorial 1 and 2, the "$XML1" node in the "Page Source" pane has been changed into a "$HTTP1" node, without showing the steps needed to obtain this update:
Tutorial_2 - Step_1 (Difference 1)

As a result, when I right-click such a node to follow the video tutorial, in my contextual menu the "HTTP Request Settings..." entry is missing, so I cannot continue the tutorial:
Tutorial_2 - Step_2 (Difference 2)

How do I transform the "$XML1" node in a "$HTTP" node, please?

I apologize for the confusion. When I recorded the first video, I made a small mistake and it is on my to-do list to re-record that video. The mistake is that I should have picked "New HTTP Request with Parameters" instead of "New XML structure imported from file". I fixed that mistake before recording the second video, so that's why you see a $HTTP1 data source in the second video whereas it is a $XML1 source in the first video.
To switch from the $XML1 source to a $HTTP1 source, all you have to do, is add the data-source again, but this time pick "New HTTP Request with Parameteres". Then you can delete the $XML1 source from your data sources and reconnect all your elements to the UI by just dragging and dropping them from the $HTTP1 tree.

Thank you for your answer.

I've tryed to select "New HTTP Request with Parameters" in the New Source dialog, and I've put the NYT RSS feed address ( http://rss.nytimes.com/s...xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml ) in the "URL" field, but when the "$HTTP1" node is created it has no son below itself.

"$HTTP1" with no xml tree below it

When I chose "New XML structure imported from file" and then "Switch to URL" and insert the same URL ( http://rss.nytimes.com/s...xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml ) the "$XML" node that is created has below itself the full XML tree of the RSS feed, so I can drag and drop the tags (Title, PubDate, Description) to be connected to the table rows.

In the second tutorial video, the XML tree is present below the "$HTTP1" node, so drag and drop is possible. How can I make such a tree appear?

Once you have the $HTTP1 data source in the window of page sources on the right, do a right-click on the $HTTP1 and choose "Import Structure from XML..." from the context menu. In the file dialog that is then opened, click the "Switch to URL" button and then paste the same NY Times RSS feed URL: "http://rss.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml". Hit the "Open" button and then you structure will be imported and you will see the tree.
