Hi, I have been using the mycollections app for a few weeks now, but I am regularly having issues with it and having to delete and reinstall the app. Syncing with the cloud I often am not able to complete this with a message saying, error connecting to mycollections cloud during saving records and fields, error location 6.Sometimes during sync it will also just close the app.
I am currently using the app on an iphone 6 running ios ver 9.3.5. i seem to have a similar problem on my ipad running the same ios version.
Has anyone else encountered these problems? How many people are currently using the app?
This could be a fantastic app if it wern,t for this issue.
