Several new features and improvements were added in MyCollections 6.0: • Open library search for books with barcodes. If you have an existing book collection, you can use field settings to enable search. Or you can add the new predefined example Books collection to see how it works.
• New checkbox fields
• New setting to enforce unique data in fields
• Public collections can now be sorted by rating
• Significant speed and stability improvements

Are the source files for this project public? Or maybe a "how-to" description of the functionality in this app? I could use some of the functionality used in this app and would like to see how it's done.

Unfortunately, we cannot publish the sources. Also, you have to understand, with all the new capabilities in MobileTogether we would write the same app in much shorter time and with smaller effort.
But we are here to answer you any questions you have. Feel free to ask!

Is there a way to export thie collection database to a json file or google sheet

You have a choice of exporting to XML or CSV. This should be enough to import in any program

Click the ✓ button when viewing records. This will allow you to select multiple records and will reveal a lot of other possibilities like export, share, email, etc
