Hi

This is not criticize because you have a great program and I´m very satisfied but I have a problem.

I have 4137 posts in my database and I have sometimes problem with the sync or saving new posts.

I had put in about 10 new posts and I saw that the posts had been saved. After some syncs all the post are deleted.

I have also 6 other databases and I have the same problem there. I lost all new posts.

I don´t know if the sync is the problem or saving or my user has too many posts and the problems occur randomly.

If my user is starting to be too big. Can you give me some advice how to work to avoid these problems?

Don´t hesitate to contact me if you more information.

Br

Mr

P.S. I´m also an user that want to use dates before year 1899. Looking forward to next release.

Sorry to hear that. There should be no "too big" situation. Unless you are running out of memory if you are using old device.

In any case I would strongly recommend to use the "Reload all my collections and records from the Cloud" before adding multiple new entries. After Reload all you can be really sure what is saved in the cloud. Also after Reload all you have a pristine situation with all existing records marked as synchronized. You can perform it on another device to be on safe side. The newly added records will simply be saved on the next synchronization run.

Hope this helps

I have a new computer so that shouldn´t be an issue. But I try to reload from the database in my program on the computer and my mobile app so the both applications have the same information before I continue to put in new posts.

Hi again.

Now I tried to Reload both in the program in the computer and my mobile app. I lost some of my post but finally I got the same quantity in all my databases in both places. After that I tried to create a new post and press the sync on the computer program and then the sync in the mobile. The new post is in only in the computer after sync against the mobile. Could you please check my database? What do you need for information from me?

This is amazing. We will need to access your account and try to reproduce the problem. If you agree with us accessing your account, then please send an email to sales@altova.com with

* Your consent to view your data and to add test records
* Your email and password for your account
* Exact description of what you've tried to add
* Whether you've used Windows version of MyCollections on your computer or some Android simulator

I very much hope that this will allow us to find a reason. If not, we will request more details.

Thank you

Hi agian

I fixed it. I did a classical thing. I reinstall my apps, both in my computer and mobile phone and everything works fine now. Information, somehow the sync didn't work very well after your update of your new version you had at the end last year. Maybe my internet connection had a drop while the install happened. Thank you for your fast respond and cooperation.
