Hei,
I have used MyCollections for a couple of months and created 5 or 6 collections which was quite some work. Now this morning I wanted to view one of my collections and when I opened the app all of my collections had disappeared. Like really the whole collection is gone, not even an empty folder or anything. Unfortunately I hadn't yet backed them up to the cloud. Is there any way to restore the collections? I would hate to have to do all this work again. I'm using an Android System (Samsung Galaxy).
Thanks!
Katharina

Dear Katarina,
really sorry to hear that. Can you send us a screenshot of the main screen in MyCollections, so that we know for sure what you are talking about. And could you please let us know what Android version you are using.
Thank you

Thank you Hei, here is a screenshot. There used to be icons for 6 more collections here. They are gone now. The phone has Android version 10. Kku attached the following image(s):

I was looking at the app settings, and it said that the app was using 121 Mb of space on the phone, 69 Mb for the app itself, and 51 Mb for data associated with the app. Could it be that these 51 Mb are my missing collections, i.e., they are just hiding somewhere?
Thanks!

Just for my understanding: there is this test(0) collection. Did you add it after you lost the existing ones?

Well, then everything looks like the database has been reset for some absolutely unclear reason. As much as I hate to tell this, but without cloud sync there's nothing we can help. If you would have the cloud connection, then it would be very easy to restore all the data, but in your case... A big sorry!

Oh no, that's what I feared. Well we all learn from mistakes. Have to remember to sync the data in the future.
Thanks!
