hi, having ised this app for many years i find i can no longer access my collection databases. I've uninstalled and re-installed the IOS app on iphone 14 pro, but get the same error message with the built in examples: "missing page sources". i'm on iphone14 pro with IOS 17.5.1 I'm able to log in resync my collections, but i still cannnot view them due to missing sources.
please help!

Hi Taff, i've just tried to reproduce this on the very same phone model. Freshly download, sync with user, minimize, re sync,... It works without the mentioned issue for me and seems to be a specific problem with this installation. You may try to force close MyCollections and then reopen: - minimize the app with a swipe up
- on the homescreen swipe from very bottom half way up to get to the app caroussel
- swipe mycollections up to force close it.
- start mycollections again
If this does not help, please contact altova support for further investigations. best regards mip
