Hi, I have a problem to launch MyCollections since I've changed my Iphone (from 12 to 15, and from IOS 17 to IOS 18.3) As soon I launch the app, a pop up shows "Impossible to set Nextprocess - OK" And I have only that choice to close the app I pray there is a solution as I have a +1500 file collection and I don't want to lost it. I didn't try to uninstall and reinstall the app because I'm afraid to do so Thanks for any help

Hi, It seems that some stored data came out of sync during your transfer of data to the new phone. first: Did you synchronize your collections to your account? Then even a delete of the app and reinstall should be no issue. Alternatively you can try: - Force close MyCollections.
This means you leave MyCollections and go to the iphones app chooser screen via a normal swipe up. Then when you see the iphone app chooser screen: swipe up and hold until you see all the apps in the cascade (same as if you switch to another one of the open apps). Swipe MyCollections up to "force close" it.
- You might also try to switch the phone language to another language temporarily and then open MyCollections.

I just reinstall the app and after synchronize my collection, it works nice as usual. Many thanks for your help Have a nice day Jeremie
