or if not possible how do i get the relative row value of @projectid

Simply use the

@PROJECTID

as your XPath. Within a repeating table or repeating table row the context is the row itself. Based on your screenshot, I can only guess that your issue is usage of @ which means attribute - your PROJECTID seems to be an element though - in this case the XPath would be

PROJECTID

Also, I'm not sure if you have set up the repeating table properly. To be very sure, you should attach here your design for review

I got it :

The repeating table was not setup correctly,
I had to use 'Dynamic number of rows'.
