I'm looking for a possibilty to create debugging messages. A control action similar to console.log would help. Thanks

You can use trace function within XPath statements to produce such messages - more than one per XPath if necessary. If you need an action you can "misuse" Update Node with some XML node which you don't need or Append Node actions.

Sure. Attached is a very simple sample, where I'm using a pseudo-attribute @DebugMessage to show under Messages what I do P.S. I've added your request to our internal list
