I see some references to a Page Timer but can't find anywhere in the documentation how that's set and/or adjusted. How exactly are page refreshes controlled?

That is strange, because a simple search for Page Timer in documentation brings me exactly to the right page: http://manual.altova.com...events_onpagerefresh.htm
