Hello,
I have an MS Access 2010 application that I would like to display the captured Base64 signature image currently stored in an MS SQL varbinary(MAX) data type. Ultimately the goal is to allow our office personnel to print out a copy (in the form of a PDF) of our service techs work orders that have been signed by the clients. I am new to this product and seem to be having a difficult time decoding the image data for use in my application. I appreciate any help you may provide...

Hello Mark! Where exactly do you have problems? How to read data from a database is described e.g. in the Databases section of the manual. Also the SimpleDatabase or the Database-And-Charts tutorial can help in that direction. In case you have problems to show base64 encoded images on a page, you can look into the Images section (especially in base64-encoded-images) or the Base64Images.mtd tutorial. Does this help?

Altova MobileTogether Experts AFC, Thank you for the quick reply, I should have been clearer in my explanation. I am not having any problem within MobileTogether app displaying and re-displaying the signature image. The problem I am having is that the MS SQL database being updated is being managed by a desktop MS Access application back in the home office. I was looking to see if anyone might know of a routine to display the Base64 image string within a VBA script that allows it to be seen in an MS Access form.

Hi Mark,
I hope you are aware, that you can use your MobileTogether app on Windows too. No need to maintain two applications!

BBV, The issue is that not all of the desktop applications are hosted on Windows 7 OS. I seem to be making headway on a VB.Net routine to accomplish this task but thank you for providing this information.

You can make this app run in Browser too. Then you are not limited to a particular Windows version
