Please advise if we could build app that access local resources by using API provided by device manufacturer.
For example:
We would like to build mobile app to use build in RFID scanner of device (Zebra) or RFID scanner connected to device by using Bluetooth connection or serial port?

Currently, RFID in general is not supported, but MobileTogether supports NFC (which is based on RFID), which possibly also helps in your case!?
Just look at NFC, Design Components for NFC, NFC-Related Events, NFC Sample Files,...
