Hello,
I have a problem with Active Directory authentication.
The import worked without problem .
The AD authentication works only when I test directly from Altova server (the field "Login" is displayed I have the possibility to select the domain)

This field is not displayed otherwise, for example from my computer: impossible to use the imported AD account!
Is it a SSL certificate problem?

Hello mschimtt,

I presume you were using web browser on your computer to login to Mobiletogether server. Did you try to connect using Android/iOS/Windows app using AD user?
If you used a web browser on your PC, please try to (hard) refresh your login page (hold Ctrl and press F5 for Chrome and Firefox or Ctrl+<refresh button next to address bar> for Edge browser)?
If that does not work, please write email to our support and, if you have, specify your mobiletogether server public address (we DON'T need any user name/password, we just need to reach your MT login page)

Regarding the question "Is it a SSL certificate problem?" - It shouldn't be. If you had a certificate issue, you would not be able to reach the login page or you would see certificate warning in the browser address bar.

Thank you for your answer,

Despite having purged the cache of my web browser nothing happens, still no connection.
A colleague managed to connect but only with Mozilla Firefox.

My browser displays 'Suffix' in a red frame, could this be an indication?

I share with you the URL of the server I use for testing: mt-test.intertek-iris.com:8083 / 8085
(176.57.247.118)

Thanks for your help ;)

Hi,
Thanks for the MT server address and screen shots.
I connected to your MT server and all browsers I used displayed login page correctly.

That red 'Suffix' in your browser does indicate you are reciving a broken login page.
What could be the problem, considering you are connecting via HTTP (unsecured) protocol, is that your firewall is maybe "sniffing" some "non desirable" word in our login page and malforms it.
I would suggest to enable HTTPS ports and try to connect to them instead. Withs HTTPS protocol comunication is encirpted and firewall cannot see inside and change the page.
