I am trying to register as a new user, to be able to access the cloud. When I select the option to send an email to get an activation key, I get the following error. This happens on my Windows laptop and my Android phone. Is there a solution or can I get an activation key? Crystalline attached the following image(s):

Thanks for sorting this so quickly, I can now get past this part of the process. Unfortunately, I now get the following error. Should I log this as another issue? Crystalline attached the following image(s):

I have now managed to get get an activation key and login. Thanks for sorting this so quickly.
