I've been tryingto do an XML import and getting "import contains no valid records"
I've tried generating xml from MS Word and Excel with no difference. I've tried leaving out the heading row.
What else can i try? Any tips?

Hello,
When clicking "import" in MyCollections, it gives you an example how the xml format should look like.
Did you make sure that the xml file that you generated from within excel matches this structure?
