I have difficult to connect oracle database. the error show following:

what I should do here?

This is because you are currently using pre-installed ODBC driver from Microsoft for Oracle. This driver is very outdated and malfunctioning.

Download ODBC drivers from Oracle web site, then everything should be fine again. Note, if you are using MobileTogether Designer 32-bit version, then you need a 32-bit version of the Oracle ODBC driver. If your Designer is 64-bit, then Oracle 64-bit driver correspondingly.
