It appears that I need to download a server before I can deploy my app. There are so many, I'm confused about which to download. I want to go with a 30 day trial so I'm looking at the flow force server. Will this server work or do I need a server with this server?
Also will my customers have to have the mobile designer client app in order to access my app from the server?
Thanks,

You are working with MobileTogether, consequently you only need a MobileTogether Server.
Regarding your customers: you have a choice. You can ask them to download MobileTogether Client app and configure it to use your server. Once this is properly done, you have an advantage of changing your apps immediately, i.e. as soon as you deploy a new version of your existing app or a completely new app to your server, your customers will immediately have access to them.
Alternatively, you can make apps to deploy to the App Stores. In this case there is an additional step of compiling the app produced by MobileTogehter and publishing it in the App Store before your customers get it.
The good thing - you can decide any time whether you want to go the one way or another. Try any of this choices and if you don't like it use another one.
More details, as usual, in documentation.

Thanks, I downloaded Mobile Together Server. Trying to get it setup. I already lost it once but found that since I cleaned a lot of unnecessary programs that one of them took out a registry file.
Can you give me a link to where the user downloads the client or do they just go to google play or the apple store?
Thanks once again.

Correct, they just go to Google Play and Apple Store like you probably already did.
