If you want us to find out what happened to your database, you will need to attach it here or to avoid making it public contact Altova Support and send them.

Now, to make a real clean installation do the following:

  • Uinstall MobileTogether Server
  • Rename or move somewhere else the folder MobileTogetherServer under C:\ProgramData\Altova
  • Install MobileTogether Server again

By simply uninstalling and installing again you are still reusing the same database, which the installer preserves for you. For clean start you need to move the folder with the database somewhere else.

If you want to make a clean installation of both - LicenseServer and MobileTogetherServer, you could also move the whole Altova folder under C:\ProgramData somewhere else.

Hope this helps.

There is a ProgramData folder! And you must find it - Windows hides it by default. You must enable viewing of hidden items in Windows Explorer to see it. Without cleaning up the ProgramData folder all your efforts are useless.

But be careful not to delete something not belonging to Altova installation!

Disclaimer: Altova, Inc. and Altova GmbH. are not liable for any damages to your system that may result from manually manipulating ProgramData folder.

I don't see any issues with your DB files - they seem ok. You have two options: either reconnect to the database which makes you troubles or attach here your design file so that I can look at your connection string to see what is the difference with other ones.

Currently I don't understand what you did. Your design file shows only one connection. I thought there are 4, because you have 4 databases. Even if you didn't send them to me, the design file should have a connection string to each of them.

Also, it looks like you are trying to connect via DSN instead of connecting directly, which would be simpler. Can it be that the connection to the DSN on your computer is wrongly configured and you need a password to access DSN, not the database?

Have to guess a lot again, because what you've sent here doesn't make much sense to me yet.

P.S. the database itself is just fine.
