Authentication for SharePoint 2013 RESTful API - What is the best way to authenticate to SharePoint 2013 with MobileTogether?

We would like to create applications that access our on-premise SharePoint 2013 server. Accessing this server can be done via the RESTful API provided by SharePoint server. We have the necessary knowledge to get what we need with the API. The problem is authentication. As this product is described in sales documentation as being able to work with SharePoint, what is the support and recommended process for authentication between MobileTogether and SharePoint 2013 RESTful API?

Hi Kent!

MobileTogether supports OAuth 1.0 and 2.0 (additionally to basic authentication).
Descriptions about using OAuth in MobileTogether can be found here:

Maintain OAuth Settings

Depending on your environment and use case, using OAuth should also be possible for your SharePoint application.
