what address must i use in the mobile together app in microsoft store when i got a localhost

A localhost is named this way, because it is only for local use within your local network. When making apps for a store, you have to make sure that your server is accessible from outside. For that you clearly need a public IP address

How can we answer this question without knowing what database you have? Can you attach here all your files, or at least the database file?

okay i got that sorted and published on my vps mobiletogether server it works fine now so my next challenge is if you can assist me i can not connetct to my vps via the mobiletogether app on my phone what address do i have to use on the app setup on the phone or on the desktop app of microsoft store

you should use the IP address (and port number) under which your server is reachable also see https://www.altova.com/manual/MobileTogether/mobiletogetherclient/

That is easy. Use actions Start/Stop Geo Tracking and Read Geo Data. See documentation for details.

Your VPS won't help, because the code is executed on mobile phone. Your MTD and description needed
