I am not recieving an activation code even though it says it's been sent. Not in SPAM either. Please advise

Having the same problem when creating a new user. I am also trying to install my existing account on a new phone, but there's no recovery e-mail being sent. Not in SPAM either.

Has anyone resolved these issues?
