1. Load on First Use will load a tree when entering a page where it is used. Once loaded - it will not be reloaded anymore - not automatically. If you share the same tree on multiple pages, then the first time one of such pages is opened (doesn't matter whether it is a Top or Sub page) - the tree will be loaded and will remain in memory.
2. Load on Every Page will reload tree every time you open a page, again independently whether it is a Top or Sub page. You must be careful with this option - this can be slow, if loading takes significant time. But this will ensure that the data is freshly retrieved for every page.
3. Not Automatically means that the tree will not be loaded for you. You have to use Reload, Load from File, Load from HTTP actions to load it, or even create it completely from scratch with Append/Insert Node actions without loading from somewhere. You can use any of these commands independendlty from the Load tree setting, i.e. also when Load on First Use or Load on Every Page are used in order to reload your tree at specific moments.
