Can I run my app from Browser client (Chrome, IE .. etc) as web application?
I need to run my application using my laptop browser (as web application).

The link depends on whether you have enabled HTTP or HTTPS access, which port you use, what is the name of the app.

But you don't need to guess: just install a MobileTogether server and open its web interface. Under "Workflows" it will show you a list of predefined apps (or your app if you have already deployed it to the server). In the column "Run in Browser" you will see a link to run each app in browser.

Here is an example link http://127.0.0.1:8083/run?d=/public/DateCalc
