I keep coming back to my server and finding that it has shut down. Also noticing that licenses for certain apps that have been issued to clients that I am aware of are being deleted from the server.

I am using License Server 3.0 and running the latest 64 bit software on Windows 10 pro. I have the license server to start on computer start up. I've found twice today already that I had to restart the service. Clients are not liking it.

Any Ideas? Hopefully I have provided the necessary info.

The descriptions are not quite clear for us.
Please contact Altova Support and send them your LicenseServer ID (as visible on the login page) and the log files (per default at C:\ProgramData\Altova\LicenseServer\logs).
