I cannot start Mobiletogether Server from license server and cannot open it in a web browser from the address bar. I need urgent help to get this up to install my new SSL which has now expired. Tried redownloading both server and license server which has not worked.

Did you try to start from "Services" too? Do you get more information there? btw: for "urgent" requests (an others too :-)) it's always the best to directly contact Altova Support!

Thanks, After all these years I am still not sure how to contact Altova Support Directly because I am in the US.When I contact Mass they refer me back to here. Anyway, in services it shows as "stopping" But will not let me do anything to restart it. I am also using Azure with the server. Any other help will be greatly appreciated. My customers are already starting to complain. Thanks,

AFC, I was able to stop it inally in services and restart it. I was able to log in. The ssl says it is updated. However, now I have an error message on the nonsecure (80) and secure (443) ports that say "Server is not listening on this port! Please, refer to MobileTogetherServer.log file for more information."
I looked at the file but have no idea what I'm looking at or where to find how to eliminate this problem. Any ideas?

Also, I cannot change these ports because then I would have to redo all my apps on google and apple that are using them.

AFC, after studying the MobiletogetherServer.log file, I have solved this problem. By using a command prompt and "netstat -aonb" I was able to see that licenseserver was using port 80 and 43 although they were assigned on the firewall to Mobiletogether Server. I assume that I somehow changed this during the reinstallation from 3.7 to 3.8. I reloaded both and made sure that the port assignments were 8088 for licenseserver and 80/443 for the MobileTogether Server. This solved the problem with the ports and I am back up and running.
